Cross Reference (XREF) Tool

The Cross Reference tool allows you to check your competitor's web site to see which keywords they are using on their web sites, and compare those keywords to the keywords from your website.

For example, if we use the site "www.shoes.com", we will get the following results:

The following explains the meaning of each column of the results:

Matches
Displays the number of times the keyword was found on the web site outside of the Meta tags. These keywords are shown in red.

Meta keywords
Displays the number of times the keywords appears in the keywords meta tag of the web site. Keywords are shown in black if they are found in the meta tags only.

Meta description
Displays the number of times the keywords appears in the meta description tag of the web site.
